Made up of an e-commerce website and a mobile application, the wikilo-voyage platform is an interactive space for personalized exchanges, thus facilitating the connectivity of the various key - players in the world of travel. The main objective of this platform is to help reducing travel costs by maximizing the potential gain for a sharing solidarity economy. These general terms and conditions apply to the services offered by the www.wikilo-voyage.com website and the wikilo-voyage mobile application. The package and luggage delivery service offered on this website and the wikilo-voyage mobile application are published by FIXOR SERVICES. In the current, "wikilo-voyage": brand of the company FIXOR SERVICES registered under the number of SIRET8297286820016 with the Register of Commerce and Companies (RCC) of Le Mans, designates the company which publishes the platform www.wikilo-voyage.com and the mobile app. Any action of download and / or registration made on the wikilo-voyage platform, property of the company FIXOR SERVICES, leads automatically to the acceptance of the conditions of use defined by the company and allows you to receive the commercial offers, advertising and newsletters for a period of one (1) year.

I.1 Lexicon:

"Site": refers to the website www.wikilo-voyage.com
"Mobile App" means the wikilo-travel mobile app downloadable from the App Store and Google Play.
"Platform": Refers to the wikilo-travel site and mobile apps available on Google Play and the App Store.
"Member": Refers to any natural person who has created an Account on the Platform, either a Shipper or a Traveler.
"Baggage" (s): means the property (s) (parcels checked, documents, regulated objects, etc.) conveyed by the Traveler and entrusted to the sender.
"Wikilo-voyage": refers to the routing of goods advertised by a Traveler on the platform and for which he agrees to transport goods in return of the payments.
"Wikilo": refers to the trademark of FIXOR SERVICES
"Traveler": Refers to the Member proposing, on the platform, a certain number of free kilos or CBM, for the transportation of goods by plane or boat through a bulking in the case of the container.
"Shipper" means the Member who has entrusted his goods to the Traveler for the same destination.
"Consignee": means the person indicated by the Shipper to whom the Traveler must personally hand over the conveyed goods, in the case where the latter is not confiscated in customs.
"Services" means any service provided via the platform to a Member, specifying that wikilo-voyage is not a party to a contract for the shipment of parcels or goods.
"User Account": refers to the account that must be created in order to become a Member and access the services offered by the platform.
"Announcement": means any publication of a Traveler, intended to offer a service for the transportation of the kilos (folds, goods by plane or boat).
"Service Fees": These refer to amounts of money requested by wikilo-voyage specified, visible in the advertisement and accepted by the Shipper to reduce the cost of the trip. The fees set on the Wikilo platform are his sole responsibility.
"GTU": refers to these General Terms of Use. Including the Code of Good Conduct below.

I.2 General Terms of Use acceptance:

The acceptance of our general conditions of use entitles you to the registration and / or download of the wikilo-voyage application on the Platform from the mobile or via the internet for free. To facilitate navigation on the wikilo-voyage platform, the customer must make the mandatory choices below, in order to continue his navigation. The use of the platform is subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. At the time of the creation of the user account, the Members accept the General Conditions of Use of the platform by opening the wikilo-voyage application and / or clicking on the "Registration" button. Only the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions allows Members to access the services offered by the Site. The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is complete and forms an indivisible whole, and Members cannot choose to see part of the Terms / Conditions apply or to formulate reservations. By accepting the Terms of Use, the Member accepts in particular the Code of Conduct and Article VII of the GCU / GTC concerning the "Processing of users' personal data". In case of breach of one of the obligations provided for herein, wikilo-voyage reserves the right to delete the concerned User Account.

I.3 Modification of the Terms of Use:

Wikilo-voyage reserves the right to modify at any time the Terms of Use, the features offered on the platform or the operating rules of the Service. The modification will take effect immediately upon posting of the Terms / Conditions that any user acknowledges having previously consulted. Ad publishing through the platform is completely free. The consultation of an advertisement and the connection between the two parties is the same. However, wikilo-voyage specifically reserves the right to take a commission, at any time, which will represent a percentage on the transaction that will be made. Wikilo-voyage may also at any time offer new services, free or charged on the Platform.

II- NAVIGATION OR USE OF THE SERVICE:

The wikilo-travel platform is available and accessible 24 hours round the clock, anywhere in the world, by means of an internet connection with updates of the most recent information. To continue its navigation smoothly and to have easy access to the information published on the wikilo-voyage platform, the Member or customer must make the following choices:
- Navigation language,
- Transportation Mode: Plane or Boat
1- Airplane: For parcels, folds and accompanied luggage etc...
  -The number of free KILOS for accompanied baggage or shipped by air.
2- Boat: For containers (Bulking of goods)
-Number of (CBM) or volume of free space in the container for the bulk transportation of goods by ship.
- Countries, cities of destination;
- Departure and arrival dates;
- Airports or ports of departure and arrival;
- Airline Company;
- Maritime Company and/or Transit.

III- USER ACCOUNT:

To register and benefit from the possibility of publishing or consulting an announcement on the Platform, each Member must first create a User Account, providing personal information, essential to the proper functioning of the service linking people (including name, surname, civility, phone number and e-mail address valid). Members certify that they are over the age of 18 at the time of registration. Wikilo will in no way be held responsible for information that may be erroneous or fraudulent communicated by Members. The Member agrees not to create or use other accounts than the one initially created, whether under its own identity or that of third parties. Any deviation from this rule must be the subject of an explicit request from the Member and express and specific authorization of Wikilo. The creation or use of new accounts under his/her own identity or that of third parties without having requested and obtained the authorization of wikilo-voyage may result in the immediate suspension of the Member's accounts and all associated services.

III.1 Non-professional and non-commercial use of the Service for individuals

Individuals not affiliated with a company, governed by the legislation in force in the country concerned, and specialized in the transportation and distribution of parcels, undertake to use the Platform only for the connection of Travelers and Service senders. Wikilo-voyage, can under no circumstances be held responsible for professional or commercial use of the Platform for these individuals. Any activity on the Platform which, by the nature of the services offered, their frequency or the number of packages transported, would result in a profit situation for the Carrier may be considered as a professional activity. The Expenses Participation requested by wikilo-voyage to its Shippers must remain only a contribution to the travel expenses, and the Traveler must in no case make a profit. Thus, wikilo-voyage undertakes to ask its Customers a reasonable amount. As the activity of the site is limited to connecting people or professionals offering a service, private travelers (non-professionals) cannot be considered as carrying on a luggage transportation activity. The wikilo-voyage platform is indeed a simple interactive space of sharing and exchanges, and at no time wikilo-voyage interferes in the shipments carried out, destinations, and schedules. The Private Traveler (non-professional) cannot undertake to fulfill the obligations which are those of a parcel delivery organization and the Shipper cannot expect the performance of such services. Any shipment made must first be subject to prior agreement between Shippers. The Traveler must go to the agreed destination, and inform the recipient of the property within 48 hours. Wikilo-voyage reserves the right to exclude without notice any Member who disregards in particular these current provisions. It is recalled that wikilo-voyage is a third party to the relationship between Members and cannot have any obligation in respect of the execution by them of their respective obligations under the items forwarded.

III.2 The Service

The wikilo-voyage platform is a free linking service, whereby the sender wishing to make a shipment contacts the traveler to set up a meeting place for the delivery of the goods to be sent and any shipping conditions (volume of goods or size of baggage carried, number of kilos or CBMs available, delivery time, delivery point, etc.). The wikilo-voyage customers then fully assume the risks concerning last-minute cancellations, the contents of the package to be transported, the loss of the package, the non-payment of fees and late cancellations.

III.3 Posting, publishing and searching for the ad on the platform

The filing of an advertisement for the sale or retrieval of free kilogram information for baggage accompanied by air and / or that relating to free space in containers (CMB) for the purpose of grouping goods for the same destination, remains free on the wikilo-voyage platform.

IIII.4 Validation of the announcement

The validation of the information by the client, on the platform wikilo-voyage of a publication or a search of announcement is effective only, when the two actors have filled all the necessary information to know: country and city of destination, dates of departure and arrival, the desired means of transportation, the number of free kilos or CBMs or to be sold and the related prices there. However, the company FIXOR SERVICES declines any subsequent responsibility for the risks that may arise during meetings between customers (late arrivals to meeting, forgetting to get in touch…).

III.5 Duration of an ad on the platform

The validation of the information by the client, on the platform wikilo-voyage of a publication or a search of announcement is effective only, when the two actors have filled all the necessary information to know: country and city of destination, dates of departure and arrival, the desired means of transportation, the number of free kilos or CBMs or to be sold and the related prices there. However, the company FIXOR SERVICES declines any subsequent responsibility for the risks that may arise during meetings between customers (late arrivals to meeting, forgetting to get in touch…).

III.6 Withdrawal or Cancellation of the advertisement

The withdrawal or cancellation of a commercial advertisement after publication remains free for two (2) hours from the time of publication or posting. Beyond these two (2) hours, it is subject to payment of the sum of 1.50 euro, amount of money to be debited at the next purchase on the Platform. However, in case of cancellation of flights or change of the date of travel by the Seller, it must inform the Buyer of the new date, and agree with him the new organization.

IV- PURCHASE OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE WIKILO-VOYAGE PLATFORM

Any act of purchase made on the platform wikilo-travel (website - mobile application) is paid. The price is based on the number of free baggage or "CBM" selected, whether baggage accompanied by air or "CBM" free space purchased in containers for "bundling" of goods to be transported by ship for the same destination.

IV.1 Service Pricing

The fixing of the sale price on the platform wikilo-voyage remains an exclusive right of the FIXOR -SERVICES Company. This pricing is unique on the wikilo-voyage platform and may be subject to downward and upward changes whenever the company deems it necessary. This pricing is as follows: a)Transportation of Luggage, Parcels and Folds by Air
- 5.50 euros ATI/Kilo
- 125 euros ATI for a 23Kg luggage
- 170 euros ATI for a 32Kg luggage
b)Transportation of luggage, parcels and folds by chip
- 150 euros ATI / CBM or free space for bulking in container.
The minimum obligatory purchase is 20 CBMs.
EURO is the only currency used for payments on our platform.

IV.2 Payment of the purchasing fees of free kilos or CBMs on the wikilo-voyage platform

Our platform offers the user several modern means of payment for the payment of the purchasing fees according to the free kilos and CBM (spaces) selected in accordance with the mode of transportation chosen. Our customers have the possibility to pay by: - Credit card (Visa, Master card);
- PayPal;
The payment is effective immediately after validation of the customer's choice on the number of kilos or CBM and the net amount to pay. During banking transactions, transfer fees related to the banks’ interconnection are charged to the customer.

IV.3 Regulation of selling expenses for the benefit of the Traveler

The payment of fees will be made 48 hours after effective confirmation of the payment of the order. The Traveler will receive his payment via the type of payment subscribed when registering on the platform. The Traveler will receive directly the actual sum deducted from the FIXOR-SERVICES flat-rate service charge.

IV.4 Traveler's commitment

The Traveler agrees to be in possession of a valid passport in his name and a ticket that is in accordance with the information provided in the advertisement. He undertakes to provide the information justifying his identity and proving the journey for the proposed destination on the platform, at the request of the Shipper. He undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the goods conveyed from any damage or loss or theft. He also agrees to sign the certificate of delivery of objects for transportation downloadable hereby.

IV.5 Shipper’s commitment

The Shipper undertakes to submit for verification any goods entrusted to the Carrier and to entrust only regulated goods that will not compromise the safety of the Carrier and that do not contain dangerous products that may alter its safety. The objects to be sent must be in compliance with the legislation in force concerning the objects, products and substances authorized in airports and ports. He agrees to pay the fees for the services posted at the rate of the day of the validation of the purchase. He also agrees to justify his identity near the Traveler and to sign the certificate of delivery of objects for downloadable transportation here.

V- BAGGAGE CHECKROOM OPTIONS

V.1 Wikilo offers other options for the care of parcels and this, during 15 days maximum at a rate of 20 euros. Beyond 15 days, each additional day is charged at 5.3 euros. These deposit options are only valid for luggage or parcels not exceeding 23kg.
V.2 Wikilo allows you to entrust your luggage for shipment, at a rate of 40 euros for a piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg.
V.3 Wikilo proposes to carry your luggage entrusted or left in deposit with a package of 35 euros, a total of 75 euros for deposit and transport of luggage not exceeding 23kg.

VI - LIABILITY

The acceptance of parcels, baggage, folds or other goods resulting exclusively from the agreement between the two parties, the latter act under their sole and entire responsibility. As such, the transportation of packages proposed by the Traveler and accepted by the Shipper cannot cause liability attributable to wikilo-voyage, on any basis whatsoever, the service offered by the Platform is a linking service.
The responsibility of wikilo-voyage cannot be engaged in particular because of a disaster that would have occurred for reasons such as: - the communication by the Traveler of erroneous information concerning his journey and his modalities;
- the cancellation of the carriage of luggage by the Traveler or the Shipper;
- the fraudulent behavior or the fault of the Traveler or the Shipper at the time of the delivery of goods to the Traveler by the Shipper, during the routing (the journey), or after the collection of the baggage by the recipient.
In particular, no form of liability can be accepted with respect to wikilo-voyage in case of fraudulent use of the means of payment by the Member. Wikilo-voyage strives to ensure the availability of the Platform and service 24 hours round the clock, 7 days a week. However, it may happen that access to the Platform or the service is interrupted as part of maintenance operations, hardware or software upgrades, emergency site repairs, or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the site. The will of wikilo-voyage (as for example, failure of links and telecommunications equipment). wikilo-voyage undertakes to take all reasonable measures to limit such disturbances, insofar as they are attributable to it. Members acknowledge and agree that wikilo-voyage assumes no liability to them for any unavailability, suspension or interruption of the site or service and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting from this fact. In any case, and without prejudice to what has just been stated above and in the other clauses concerning the absence of responsibility of wikilo-voyage, any cause of responsibility that could be held against wikilo- voyage shall not give rise to any payment of damages.

VI.1 Interruption and suspension of access to the service and / or the Platform

In case of non-compliance on behalf of the Clients of all or part of the Terms / Conditions, they acknowledge and accept that wikilo-voyage can at any time, without prior notice, interrupt or suspend, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Service or access of Customers to the Platform (including in particular the User Account) or for any objective reason.

VI.2 Treatment of users' personal data and site content

VI.3 Connectivity

VII- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform (www.wikilo-voyage.com and its Mobile Application) is the property of FIXOR SERVICES. Any reproduction, even partial, is subject to the prior written authorization Wikilo. The visitor of the Platform undertakes not to reproduce any of the elements of the Platform. Any use to the contrary of all or part of the information found on the Platform or any of its elements constitutes an infringement likely to lead to civil and / or criminal prosecution and to expose the visitor violating the penalties. Any Member also agrees to use personal information (phone number, email address, etc.) provided by other members for any purpose other than those provided by our services. Any other use to the contrary, especially that constituting to solicit our users for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under penalty of criminal prosecution.

VIII- CONTENT OF THE SITE SEIZED BY THE MEMBERS

wikilo-voyage is not responsible for the content entered on the Platform by Members. However, as soon as wikilo-voyage has been informed that any content would infringe the rights of third parties, wikilo-voyage will do its utmost to remove the disputed content without delay from the Site.

1. PARTNER SITES

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the information provided at the time of registration be published on wikilo-voyage partner sites. Wikilo-voyage reserves the right to reproduce any information appearing on the Platform or on partner sites. CODE OF GOOD MORALITY

d. Illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods must in no case be accepted by the Traveler, as his responsibility is fully engaged.

2- Making an APPOINTMENT and / or not showing up at the meeting

It is set by the Traveler in agreement with the Shipper, and is printed or sent by SMS. It must bear the following indications: - Name and surname (full name of the Buyer or the seller);
- His phone number and e-mail;
- Physical address;
- Meeting place (proposal);
- Appointment time;
- The number of pounds sold or purchased;
- The amount to be collected or paid;
- The date of departure and the airport of departure;
- The name of the company;
- The flight number and time of departure;
- Acceptance of luggage, parcels and others.

3- Acceptance of luggage or goods

It can only take place when the two individuals have together verified the weight and the contents of the goods to be transported and that the Traveler agrees.

4 - Refusal of luggage

Baggage or merchandise may be refused at the reception by the Traveler after finding certain irregularities: abnormal weight, suspicious contents, etc.

5 - The deadline for transmitting luggage to the owner is no later than 48 hours after arrival at destination

- Heading to the meeting point at the agreed time
- Meeting at the place and time agreed.

- Carrying out baggage formalities on time

6- Shipper’s commitment

8- Interruption and suspension of access to the service and / or the Platform

GOOD CONDUCT GUIDELINES

It applies to all users of the Platform and the service offered by the Platform.

2- Transporter

The Traveler undertakes to publish on the Platform only ads corresponding to actual trips envisaged. Information on cost-sharing, the place of departure, the destination, the types of goods accepted, the volume of the goods, their content, etc., and more generally all the details concerning the Covalisage, to the author of the advertisement are provided directly by Members and do not engage wikilo-voyage in any way whatsoever. The Traveler undertakes to make the trip he has published and to transport the goods for which he is engaged.

3- Safety

The Shipper undertakes not to transmit any baggage or merchandise that could compromise in any way the safety of the Traveler or contain dangerous products that may affect his safety and the safety of others. The objects to be sent must be in compliance with the legislation in force concerning the objects, products and substances authorized in airports and ports.

4- Transparency

The Shipper must be able to present his identity, his appointment book and then reveal the contents of the package, luggage or merchandise to be sent to the Traveler as part of an air shipment or a bulking for containers if this one request them. For the Traveler, it is the ticket or booking confirmation of the ticket, and his valid passport. For the Shipper, it is his valid identity document (passport, residence permit or national identity card).

5- Fees

The sender (s) pay (s) the fees according to the amount indicated on the advertisement published on the site.

6- Respect of deadlines
